Am I eligible for a return/exchange?
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, you must apply for the return/exchange within 2 days of recieving your order.
Item must be
- In original condition
- Unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or sale items can not be returned, only exchanged depending on stock availability!
How do I return/exchange?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
- Prepare your order to be picked up by courier for return/exchange
- Refunds are processed through Instapay
Are there any charges for returns/exchanges?
- Since we offer free shipping on orders, if an order is returned, shipping costs for both delivery and return will be decucted from the refund amount
- In the case of an exchange, only the exchange shipping costs will be charged
